That's Gluten Free?!

So here's the deal. 

We are a gluten ingredient free bakery. 

We are NOT a certified gluten free bakery.

If cross contamination is an issue for you I recommend you find another certified gluten free source.

Celiac is real and I get it. I'd love to have my own certified gluten free kitchen someday in the future, but sadly I don't right now.

If this is a big deal for you (at least for now) I'll have to encourage you to shop elsewhere. So sorry about that. 😕

I'm licensed to bake in a home kitchen and that's what I'm doing right now. All our products are clearly labeled.
