Tools I Love
The Best Bread Knife
This is a must-have and only about $20.
Dutch Oven
You'll need this to bake your bread in.
Digital Scale
I highly recommend you at least start with a scale. The scale allows you to get precise measurements and this helps you to get more consistent results with your baking. I have this one from Amazon.
Grain Mill
I love my Nutrimill grain mill !!! Its perfect if you want to grind your own grains. This will give you the freshest flour and help you save money if you are making a lot of baked goods (because whole grains are cheaper then flours).

Ingredients I Use
Best places to find gluten free flours or whole grains: Azure, Amazon, Sprouts...and sometimes your local grocery store. Amazon is the easiest and I recommend looking into Azure if you want bulk quantities and savings.
Azure Standard
If you want to buy in bulk and get bulk prices, check out Azure Standard. I order from them all the time and their prices are amazing if you have a large family or want to make and sell in your local area. Start by searching for a drop in your area. Once a month you'll get your order delivered to a coordinator who you then go and pick up from. You can learn more about how this works at their website.
Favorite things to get at Azure (All Organic):
- Brown rice (whole or flour)
- Sorghum (whole or flour)
- Buckwheat (whole or flour)
- Tapioca flour
- Vanilla
- Jalapeño Nacho Slices
- Spices
- Food-grade buckets & lids
- And so much more!
