Here are the ingredients to the items I sell at farmers market. :)


org. = organic

Rice, sorghum and buckwheat flours all milled fresh at home. (buckwheat is a gluten free grain😉)

48 hour fermented items are cold proofed so they are nice and safe. (AKA I refrigerate them)


These products are produced in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection.



Classic Sourdough (48 hour ferment)

Savory Herb Focaccia (48 hour ferment)

Ingredients: sourdough starter (org. rice flour, xanthan gum), org. rice flour, org. sorghum flour, org. buckwheat flour, xanthan gum, org. olive oil, basil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper


Cinnamon Roll Focaccia (48 hour ferment)

Ingredients: sourdough starter (org. rice flour, xanthan gum), org. rice flour, org. sorghum flour, org. buckwheat flour, xanthan gum, salt, org. coconut sugar, grass fed butter, cinnamon GLAZE: org. powdered sugar, vanilla


Banana Bread (shorter ferment sourdough)
